Law Firm Architects, LLC (“Law Firm Architects,” “we,” “us”) designs and implements operational systems for law firms. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect information you give us directly, such as your name, firm name, email address, phone number, and details about your project when you contact us, book a call, complete an onboarding form, or work with us. We also collect basic website usage data, such as pages visited and browser type, through standard analytics tools.

We use your information to respond to inquiries, deliver and manage our services, schedule meetings, send project updates, improve our website and services, and meet legal obligations.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you consent to receive text messages from Law Firm Architects about your project, including check-ins, scheduling, status updates, and answers to your questions. You can opt in by checking the optional text message consent box in our client engagement agreement. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of working with us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business (such as our phone, email, scheduling, and project management providers), and only as needed to provide our services, or when required by law. These providers are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing.
Data security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or opt out of communications, by emailing support@lawfirmarchitects.com. To stop text messages, reply STOP.
